We calculate and monitor our operational carbon footprint, including emissions generated from packaging, order preparation, shipping, returns, and more. Where possible, we use over 90% renewable energy in our operations and offer eco-friendly packaging to reduce waste.

We also support certified climate action projects by offsetting our emissions through ClimatePartner. At checkout, you can choose to contribute €0.40 toward a Gold Standard-certified climate initiative that corresponds to the estimated CO2e emissions of your order. The average CO2e output per order is around 21 kg—equivalent to the annual carbon absorption of two beech trees. Note: this contribution is optional and non-refundable.

All orders are shipped via our affiliate courier, DHL. Each package is fully insured against theft and accidental damage until received and signed for by the customer. Please note we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
